adobe, corel have all the program for designing, note~ though apple and microsoft and sun-java, and others,also have software, for their hardware,

I'm pretty sure they will have it on cards eventually, but Bulbapedia, has a full sheet of all the codes right here:

They DO work if scanned by the scanner, trust me, I've indeed tried and got it to work. They will unlock stickers for Pokemon you already have and the first code will unlock Victini, and some of the codes in the last row will unlock the Musketeer Trio and Reshiram and Zekrom.
